Responsibilities
- Establish testing strategies with the Engineers based on the scope and expectations
- Lead and drive in-organization and cross-functional/locations teams collaboration and communications (including updates to the executives)
- Demonstrate technical knowledge, experience and thoughtful leadership to enhance test efficiency
- Identify process gaps, develop and drive process improvement across the teams
- Identify important quality Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and collaborate that to Engineering KPI, post-releases and software quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in program management, and working with cross-functional projects across multiple organizations
- 5 years of experience in the software development or testing life cycle with consumer product launches
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports
- 10 years of experience in program management
- Knowledge of consumer electronic products and Android environment
