Technical Program Manager Lead, Pixel Test Engineering

• Establish testing strategies with the Engineers based on the scope and expectations
• Lead and drive in-organization and cross-functional/locations teams collaboration and communications (including updates to the executives)
• Demonstrate technical knowledge, experience and thoughtful leadership to enhance test efficiency
• Identify process gaps, develop and drive process improvement across the teams
• Identify important quality Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and collaborate that to Engineering KPI, post-releases and software quality

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program management, and working with cross-functional projects across multiple organizations
• 5 years of experience in the software development or testing life cycle with consumer product launches
• 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports
• 10 years of experience in program management
• Knowledge of consumer electronic products and Android environment
